Training and more training! But, the effort will be worth it eventually. I have yet to find anybody who can tell me they don't need to learn.
The training is one of the important parts of WA. Many come here knowing nothing, while others have been on the internet for years. Where you are, in your knowledge is immaterial to what you need to learn.
Many of us are here because in the past we were doing it, but not in a good or efficient way. Even the most experienced marketer can learn from others, either by copying what the others do, or by learning from their mistakes.

Yes, we all make mistakes, although some refuse to admit it, but those mistakes are what help us to learn. We didn't fail, but we did find a way of not doing it! Some are embarrassed about their mistakes while others tell you about them and brush them off as a learning experience.
For some it is time to admit you are, or have been doing it either wrong or inefficiently. Listen to what people on here are telling you.
Why are there so many members of WA? Probably because they have realized this is the place to be to get your business up and running is a smart and efficient way. Member retention means value for money.
