Why does the billing department make incorrect deductions from my account by double billing (2018) and unrequested (by me) deductions in 2019?

hopefully, you've had a chance to check your WA accounts here on-line as pretty much everything is available for you to access, including your accounts.
most members' accounts are on auto-renewal ...
if after verifying by going to your WA Profile >> Account Settings >>Subscription Settings > billing - membership - payment source --- check for any irregularities by viewing or printing ...
and if any corrections are needed, then, Tony has a good suggestion for your action ... by providing the detailed particulars to Kyle / Carson for their attention ....

The suggestion to contact support and email Kyle are correct. They will get it fixed.
Just opened up WA & your question slammed me in the face. A nasty thing, if corupt. Yet I do not believe WA is corupt in any way.
Your computer click on a button without your trying to do so?
Everything is on "autopilot"?
Unless you specifically state no no?
I've never had a problem except for missing out on some crazy deals!
AnyHow, don't know your specifics & best you take it into the WA departments, not this open source. You could get some bad "advice".

You should PM Kyle and select the Billing option. Your question here simply came to the community and we're members just like you and have no control over the system.

I can guarantee you that's just a simple mistake that can be easily fixed. I just don't feel it's nothing to worry about not with the reputation WA has. Everything Good, man, No Worries.

I'm in the discussion section, or just finished viewing a video and I kinda get lost inside.
if you hae scrolled down to the bottom and the menu on the left has vanished then press the home key to quickly take you back to the top of the page and then you click on the home menu - if you are in live chat with Kyle then it might be worth asking for shortcut keys to supplement the menu items.

if it is the main WA Dashboard you just click on the
Dashboard Icon to the left.
If it is the WordPress Dashboard - click on Websites then
Site Manager - this brings up your websites and then
log into your website this brings up the WordPress
Dashboard :)
