The business model you're talking about there is Multi-Level Marketing which is a totally different business model from Affiliate Marketing.
Wealthy Affiliate teaches people how to start their own affiliate marketing business and they're not operating like a MLM.
You may feel that MLM is more profitable because of the multi-level commissions. But you must know MLM has its own issues as well.
Any business model has its own pros and cons. So if you want to build a business here at Wealthy Affiliate, you have to understand the difference between the two business models.
And by the way, Affiliate Marketing is profitable too if you do it right.
You already earn commission passively from your referrals.
I believe that's more than lucrative.
