My Progress? I wish I had more time . . .
I would love to reach the day when I can just work from home. But I enjoy my job too. Problem is I wish I had more time to do both. It's hard going home and trying to find the time after the boys have gone to bed in order to work. But it's also hard to not work on my website instead of my regular employer's needs when I'm at work.
AHHH, the conflict! But I'm a mother--I WILL make things happen and still take care of my family. As I sit on the floor of my baby's room (see the crib in the background), I can squeeze out a quick post while he plays on the floor. If only I could just talk into a device that would type it all up for me as I drive here and there or did chores at the same time.
I checked my analytics today and people are starting to ponder my site, even got a click on an ad. It's just hard waiting, and I'm a very patient person. I just want this to work SO much! I know it's only been like two weeks or something, but it's been FOREVER it seems.
But, progress is progress even if it's slower than I want. We can't appreciate ANYTHING in life without waiting. What defines progress for you?

Your time to shine brightly is coming. Your candle is in its initial stages, just give it some time to glow properly. Once it does, you'll be amazed at how much you've brightened an entire room... :-)

I know the feeling Sarah, but remember, we're building a business and that does take time. What I can tell you is that as you progress, it's only going to get better. And as it does, you'll be able to focus less and less on it while doing the other things you love.
I've had a lot experiences in this business. The slowest results in my experience usually bring about the most stable results whereas short term results are more like a match. It can light up one day and go away the next.
I choose stability and that's what WA's training is aimed to help us do. All the best!

You can add a voice to text to your phone and have it saved for later. Kinda like a text converter for a dictaphone. There is even a software called Dragon Naturally speaking that will convert voice to text on your computer.
It does take time to get going with this. Two weeks is just scratching the surface. Keep at it, things will get moving.

What defines progress for me is being able to meet my what I call
"get me there goals". I break my goals down into small increments that move me into completion. The very first goal is to prioritize what I want to accomplish.
