Are Frustrations And Rantings: Part of Learning?

So, what's on my mind...? Do you want to know? Really...? It might not be pleasant, you know!!

Here was I elated that I had finally found a platform that will enable me:

1. to learn how to use WordPress to build a website;

2. to now have a website to try out affiliate marketing of WA and have bragging rights over my circle of oldies... yes, OLDIES.

We may have retired, but not all of us are TIRED.

But what has happened? As has been usual, I am

stuck... hopelessly stuck. I do not know if that is because I am mega-stupid and clueless or if it is because my psychological status vis a vis WordPress is doing its own thingy. You see, I had struggled to use blogger template to build my first blog site. Soon after I was told to change it and use WordPress. Knowing what I went through with my first website-building experience, I balked. And to date, I have avoided WordPress as a platform like the plague! You know that feeling when you think you'll never get it right? I suspect that is the guilty party here!

So what to do?

Don't tell me to take a break! I have

done that already. And don't give me any advice when I am yet to handle the first important task successfully. Don't tell me 'post it and the community will help'. Just get me do it. That is all I ask! Done that and been there!!

Now, seriously guys, I am stuck... And I need to get unstuck. I need to have my bragging rights. And tell them oldies all that they can do it too. Yes, we can...

Let's see if and when 'This Oldie Here' gets it going smoothly, she will post a happy blog.
