Great keyword? Any advice?

Hi awesome community,
I've been thinking about how much I love keywords as idea generators after Nathaniell's post yesterday on gaining keyword insight from your search history.
I spend a lot of time on Jaaxy. Probably too much...
Anyway, I usually go for really low hanging fruit in my niche that I know I will enjoy writing about. Otherwise, what's the point? For me, I need to be enjoying this.
Today though, I've come across this keyword that seems too good to be true and I'm not sure what to do about it!
Maybe it's just me, but I'm not used to seeing these numbers in my niche.
