Hi Elijah, you *should* just be able to just drag it.. and when you see your cursor in the right position, let go of the mouse.
But if you can't, then the only thing I can suggest is to delete it and then re-upload in the place you want the image.

Oh..! So, the pics are all uploading to either the top or bottom of the page?
Sorry, when I add media, I just put my cursor in the place I want the image and then when I've gone through the upload part, it is in the right place.

There are nice training and tutorials here just search a bit. For example see Tommy Dillard tutorials. You do not 'move' it around, you place it at certain position etc.Drag and drop perhaps in some pro-version, not in the one we are using.
