More Difficult To Navigate WA Help

Each time I come to WA to search for training or blog on what I need to learn, it is like Greek to me. An update is supposed to help and not complicate matters. The earlier one is much self-helping. How do you search for what you need with this new format?
I want a blog or writing on email marketing, and I am unable to arrive at it. I want an idea on Active Campaign, more so if anyone is using it here.
Hey, Lanu. You probably know this, but the magnifying glass at the top right of the dashboard opens to a question bar. I have found that I have to choose the right words for my query, but I usually get the answers I need. If I don't understand the first answers I get, I ask in a different way. The other thing I do a lot is go to the live chat and ask about a question. People there usually can point me in the right direction for an answer. Keep trying.
Hi - Israel has written some training on Active Campaign which may help. Active Campaign: The Perfect Automation Tool for Building Customer Relations But yes, the search feature is not user-friendly and a new version is currently on the next list of improvements for the platform.
I agree. The search function is not user-friendly or helpful at all. Tried to use it after the update but gave up quickly.
I was a bit disappointed because I hoped for a better search option after the update.
It would be nice to have a search option which gives you more than only a few options to choose from.
