Site Trust
How is the site trust percentage calculated? Mine shows 50%. Does the percentage increase with time? Is there a direct correlation between site trust percentage and site traffic? Does traffic increase as the site trust increases? Has anyone achieved a site trust percentage of 100%?

Hi and thanks for this as it has always made me wonder if Google can see what we are doing at WA but I think that as Google does watch outr sites he can see and does push us up th elafder in his own way so I guess he does trust us after a while!!!

My website is only 6 months old and has the same 50% bubble for site trust. Many of the established people at WA have said it is the top 4 bubbles of your site health that you should be the most concerned with. Those should always be at 100%.
I believe site trust factors in with your google rating, the higher the rating the more your site is exposed to more and more traffic equals more visits to your site. Then you're in the money.
Good question, I can only speculate site trust and traffic.
Site trust increases with time, as for traffic, I haven't noticed significant increase in traffic with higher site trust percentage myself.
Hi white3322. Really? It's that simple? 10% increase for each month I am a member of WA? If that's how it works, it's really not a very meaningful statistic.
as time goes on the search engines trust your website more and more. In about a year you will be established to the search engine. This is why white health gains 10% every month. its a easy way to measure how much the search engines trust you.

The site trust you see here at WA is more of a gauge for how long your website has been active, and has very little to do with how much trust your site has actually gained within Google.
You will see that your website trust meter will raise 10% about once every single month, regardless of how much work you put into it.
I once had a site that I did not post on for over 6 months and my site trust rose from 40% all the way up to 100% during that time.
The main factors you need to be concerned with are how frequently you are posting new content and engaging with your visitors through comments.

Thanks for this, mykc. I was puzzled about "site trust" as well. My site has been up for nearly 2 months and my site trust just now jumped from zero to 10%. I'm glad to see this since I thought I was doing something wrong in Google's eyes. Thanks for the clarification
OFI how long has your site been running out lease ??
Same with me I have now been actually registered with Google for about five weeks and after the first month it went up to 10% but it still am waiting foe the next couple of weeks to see as maybe it is a monthly thing - best regards paul

I agree with most everyone else, thanks for some clarity on this situation. I was beginning to think that Google hated my guts with that raging 0% that's been there throughout this whole first month...
