Hi Sam
I've only just seen your post. As far as I'm aware, the "SEO all in one plugin", comes pre-installed on most of the W P template themes. If the link that Manny posted, below, hasn't solve the problem for you, try going to your theme 'dashboard' and click on "Plugins".
On the sub-menu you should see a label that says "installed Plugins". If you 'hover' your cursor over that you should see an 'activate or deacivate' choice there.
That should tell you if that particular plugin is switched on or off. then you can simply, either, activate it if it's not, or deactivate it, if that's what you want to do. Hope this helps. Live long and Prosper1

Here is a good place to start. I will look and see if I can find any additional courses.

Thanks Manny :) I must've been daydreaming the first time around.

Hehe It's not a problem, it happens to all of us from time to time, trust me, It happened to me in a couple of lessons. I'm just glad i was able to help.

Hey, I found an affiliate I want to promote on my WA website. They offer through Commission Junction and Linkshare. Does any have experience they can share on which is better, or w

Having just tried to join a program on Commission Junction, only to be automatically declined (in an instant, mind you) without any explanation, perhaps Link Share may be the better bet.

I haven't tried it yet but I just signed up after my Commission Junction experience.

Ok thanks guys. Good information.

I personally find linkshare easier to navigate, and I think commission junction will actually stop your account if you don't make sales within a period of time. My vote is for linkshare.

I can't speak to Link Share, but Commission Junction is solid. I have worked with Commission Junction, they run things really well.

Reccomendations commission junction vs linkshare?

I started my first free domain for me niche with the free membership. When I upgrade should I switch over to a custom domain to start driving traffic there ASAP?

I'm going to build from the domain from the start.

You will not lose traffic if you switch: https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/domw/blog/siterubix-sites-can-get-traffic-boy-can-they-get-traffic

Everything redirects, and your new domain replaces the old. A few weeks or months won't be a big deal at all. However, it can be easier on the mind to just start out on a .com to build your brand from the beginning.

I started with siterubix and didn't buy my domain until I was here about 4 or 5 weeks. The only downside I really experienced is with webmaster tools. When I switched my sites to my own domain then google and bing basically started over. Which is not a huge deal, but it's going to take some time for my rankings to pick back up.
I had good traffic even on siterubix. I don't think it has that big of an effect on traffic.
I would say yes, go ahead and get your own domain if you can but if it's something you need to wait on then you will be okay.

Thanks Angela thats what I figured - you are driving traffic to siterubix and then when you switch you lose that traffic - but you're right 6 weeks isn't long and I imagine it recovers faster that starting from scratch. Thank for the reply. Sam

it does especially if you add new content regularly

Thanks so much for that much needed advice.

Hi. Yes, you should switch over to your own domain name. Not many people (if anyone) search up something that ends with siterubix.com and having your own name is a lot more professional for your website. Siterubix is good for starting out, but you'll want to move up to the next level. Michelle

Thanks :)

That's a great question. What would the benefits be of your own domain also?

You can sell it develop it rend ad space on it. Having your own domain name becomes an asset.

Yes, it's like they say in Getting Started - "A Website is real estate" if you are under a subdomain you never have full control - just like a free blogger or wordpress site. Also if you want to be taken seriously in the long run you should own your site. My worry is that I would build traffic to the free domain and then lose it when I switch. I saw in the tutorial that WA has systems in place to mitigate that - but if I'm going to write 100 + pages of content I want to own it.
