For most people rainy days are sad or even depressing. I on the other hand love them. why you ask? I always try to make them ‘Me Days”

you know where you do what ever you want. Lol so when I woke to a lite rain. I won’t lie I had a Whoopie moment. I doesn’t take much to excite me as you see.

I intend to go through some photo’s ( maybe) well the point is I am doing whatever I want.

And right now I am having coffe and listening to my parrot make screaching noises.

Well I guess I’ve lie that’s not what I want to do or hear. Lol She wants me to turn the radio on she loves the radio.

This is Sweetpea my best bud most of the time. She’s a lot like a dog she begs for treats Apples, pecans, grapes, pomegranates.pumpkin seeds and lots more. As a result I’ve Spoiled her unmercifully the last 14 years. yep, she 14.

And Having decided Recently to retire we are having a great time!

So having said, all that if she will let me (we) meaning me under her strick supervision. Are going to try write an article for one of our websites. Sometimes she takes the stylus from my hand and runs. Just like a kid wanting attention. Lol

In other words we’re gonna have a Great Day In The Rain at Scarlett and Sweetpea’s house.

I am thankful for being able to get up this morning. Some are unable so be thankful for what you can do.

Having Rhumatoid Arthritis there are days I can’t so I know first hand. Make the most of what you are given.

Blessings

Scarlett and Elaine

Yep, the first good message of the day comes when you can get out of bed. Consider yourself lucky...I certainly think I must be! As for rainy days, in Southeast Alaska, we get far too many of those. However, I've come to be glad for them, because they tell me I can sit at the computer and work as long as I want. Unfortunately, I cannot make rainy days here all "me" days, because there are more rainy days than any other kind.

Yes, I understand about the arthritis. I don't have rheumatoid, but I have arthritis, to such an extent that it has deformed my hands sufficiently that I cannot play my banjo any more. Fortunately, the electric bass is playable, and I think is actually good exercise for my fingers. I guess we learn to live with whatever we are given, don't we?

Good luck on your journey -- and enjoy the rain!

I've always wanted to visit Alaska good for you. And yes, I've enjoyed my day I 've worked all day but, at WA

Hi Scarlett and Elaine, I love the rain at bedtime. The music those raindrops beating against my window is very relaxing. By the way I love your parrot. Thank you for the share.

Thank you I feel the same about that free music.
And I love the little stinker as well.
Blessings,
Scarlett

Scarlet and Elaine it takes a special person to be a caregiver , I know cause we went through many with my mother before she passed away in 2012 and I miss our parrot also who we had for over 25 years he was about 40 when he died quite a talker really smart so I still have him had him stuffed I couldn't put that beautiful bird in the ground !

As for your arthritis please take some serrapeptase it's very good for this condition .
I inherited my mother's gene for arthritis and I have had amazing results with serrapeptase it's a completely natural enzyme . Thats my website how vitamins can help you live longer not exact name not trying to advertise .
So try it I am sure you will find relief !
All the best !

Have an Awesome day!

Great message, great attitude! We don't get many days of rain here in Utah, we are the desert, you know, but they are welcome when they come!

Oh, we some have not been to Utah and have always wanted to visit. Maybe someday. Would love to see photos from there.
Have a blessed day whether its dry or wet. Create your own showers of blessings inside yourself for an awesome day.
Blessings,
Scarlett and Elaine

I hope Sweetpea allows you to do some writing.

Derek

Thanks Derek, once she gets her bit of my attention she will settle down. She is great company. She loved my mom and misses her also. But, I play with her several times a day.
Hope you have a blessed day.
