Opinions on TLDs please (:
can anyone give me some insight as to what is best to use.. obviously blogs are "information" sites so wouldnt .info be better than .com??? i need some opinions guys.

.com ranks higher than the others, followed by .org and .net. You can go with some of the newer TLDs like .info, and IMO they sound better but keep in mind, most people think of .com and more common TLDs when remembering a website name.
For example, if I forgot WA's url and I was just going to give it a shot, I'd start with wealthyaffiliate.com. I'd be less likely to think of all the other TLD possibilities.
That's ok if you're a high ranking site and your name is uniques enough that Google will throw out your site name as an alternative. But say, someone else snags your domain name as a .com, then you're competing with them...
Just a thought.
yea thats what i was thinking.. i want a domain but its taken ): thats why i was thinking of .info instead of the .com they have already
.org and .net are pretty competitive with .com, and rank really well. Competing with anyone else's name is tough (until you outrank them that is :)
