This year is almost over. It's been hectic, especially with the significant changes operating in our lives since COVID-19 hit the world. It was a humongous one since I quit my full-time job and decided to give it a big try to my business. By the way, I take the opportunity to let you all know that I am the founder and owner of Dr. Gala Health Coaching LLC. Our mission is to support women transitioning to menopause in getting back control of their bodies and crushing the symptoms and signs of this challenging stage of life.

I've been so busy setting up my business for inevitable success that I often found myself over-worked, extremely tired, and overwhelmed. I've invested a lot of time and my savings in this effort; however, building a presence, especially now that online is the norm, is the hardest thing ever.
