Hey everyone,
I am wanting to start new blogs on self-improvement through meditation and learning guitar. Any idea on how I can narrow those down?
Just thought
For Meditation:
meditation for busy business people
guided visualization
building your own meditation garden outside
creating a meditation space inside your home
how to feng shui your apartment
Guitar is a tough one! You could focus on a music style I think.
For guitars, you could focus on classical guitars (nylon strings) and steel-string guitars, by type of music, by skill level, etc.
For self-improvement through meditation you could focus on one type of meditation or tradition leader, etc.

How can I shrink down these niches?

Hey everyone!
So I'm wondering why google analytics is telling me that my website is not getting hits. Does that mean that people aren't going to it?
It's still brand new. It takes time to start getting traffic. I'd only check once per week at this point. Checking daily will demotivate you :) In the meantime, you can also do this: Stop Tracking Your Own Clicks in Google Analytics
How come my website isn't getting hits on google analytics?

I am searching for keywords as part of the training and I'm wondering if I should be searching for ones that fit my entire website idea or ones for a post/page idea.

If your website is all about marijuana edibles then the keywords "how to make weed butter" and "how to make weed brownies" then these will automatically fit into your "entire website idea."
Every single post should be targeting a particular keyword and should be connected to the page within the drop down menu for easy access. So for example, one of your pages could be "Tasty Marijuana staples" and you could put down "how to make weed brownies" and "how to make weed butter" in the drop down menu.
In terms of being broad, every single post should target one keyword. That means, keyword in the header and sometime within the first 160 words of your post. Look for more information on Wealthy Affiliate on keyword implementation because there is more to cover.
Posts are almost always a lot more specific and you're going to have hundreds of these in the future if you're planning on making an authority website.
In terms of talking about regular cooking and cooking with marijuana products, I would recommend you keep it at just cannabis products because that's a really good niche which will continue to grow (legalization will greatly increase your traffic when it happens.
Also, FYI add your URL website to your questions so that you can get more specific answers.
PM me if you have more questions. Cheers
Keywords are to be used singularly for a post or page. So each time you post you should target a different keyword.
