It's possible that your SSL is not fully complete. SSL: Activation, No Padlock, Mixed Content and Google Search Console
Is that link to your own domain? Do you have SSL activated on your site? If you post your site link here, I will check it for you.

I checked your site at whynopadlock dot com and there appears to be an SSL certificate issue, as Nathaniell mentioned.
I would put in a Site Support ticket and mention the message that appears at whynopadlock regarding the SSL having a verification issue.
