Why did my 165 Trainings Disappear?
I don't know what kind of shifty stuff is going on around here. I take a break from WA for a well deserved respite only to return and FIRST find out that I hadn't been credited for my created tutorial trainings in months, so I decide to send Support a ticket to find out WHY? I figured that I would be able to go to my published trainings beforehand to calculate the number of credits due, as I wanted to include this information with my support ticket. All I was trying to accomplish was to be properly awarded the credits due me for ALL my non-credited tutorial trainings. My goal was to exchange my earned credits for cash and cash them out. To my amazement and shock, when I went to my trainings tab in my profile ALL OF MY TRAININGS WERE GONE, VANISHED! There are NO PUBLISHED trainings. ALL 160+ were gone. Where they went or what happened is a mystery. As of this writing l have not gotten an explanation from Support, as the ticket is still open. I will have to say that I am a little suspicious, based upon some personal interactions with WA and some other events surrounding training credits a few months AGO prior to my taking a break, which I found rather curious and brought this discovery to the attention of the powers that be. Carson apparently was able to correct the problem and everything seemed to be back to normal. Apparently I was wrong, as things have gotten worse for me, not better! Now I have NO WAY to determine WHAT credits I am due. If anybody else has experienced a similar fate related to your published trainings, I'd like to hear back from you in the comments section below.
