Hello All-

I am me! I'm a hard worker and I like me. Having said that, let me elaborate or pontificate (lol). I am a "recently" retired, a kinda "jack of all trades. but a "master of the majority, NOT a master of none" as the saying goes! A man of many talents and adventures. I have been lucky enough to both travel and have done consulting from China to Bali and Europe to the Middle East thrown in.

I have interacted, befriended and learned many things from people all over the world. And now I am learning from and offering help with training videos to the WA Community.

I have released quite a few digital products thus far, with a few more in different niches in the works. My first ebook) entitled "How [NOT] to Succeed at Affiliate Marketing," is representative of my niche demographics, and was created for the Newbies, Skeptics, Beginners and Doubters. I was able to draw a lot from the knowledge I have gained since my online journey began in earnest in April 2015, including my time here at WA and all the benefits and assets available to members.

My products are listed on Clickbank, JvZoo, DigiResults, WarriorPlus and working on Amazon, Kindle , which was a lot MORE time and effort than I was led to believe, by some of my other program's "guru's" along the way!

Without the knowledge and guidance received here, I doubt that I would have progressed far enough to feel steadfastly confident enough to venture out into the product creation arena as soon as I did! Currently the products are selling much better than i could have imagined. All my products were created using my pen name, Gregory Roger. More on that in a minute....

Learn more about my " la Vida loco" by following the links below::
>>http://moneymadedailyonline.com/what-do-i-know >>http://moneymadedailyonline.com/about
If you take a look at those pages, you'll get a tiny glimpse into my CRAZY life!!!!

I have many interests, as one can see from my various websites. I have received so much help here from all you 'fellow community members' and learned so much already, that I want to give a shout out and say:

"Thanks to you all!"

As far as motivation goes, I get my current drive from dealing with the unexpected and totally unnecessary death of my youngest, 27 y/o son, Gregory Roger on January 3rd, 2015. He had just celebrated his b-day December 2nd and on that day, never in a eternity would ANYONE have seen this EVENT and that is stating it mildly!

LESSON FOR ALL OF YOU READING THIS RIGHT NOW:
Never leave ANY of your loved ones without saying how you feel about them!

Love or hate them, whatever!

I know, I have heard that expression, along with a ton of other cliche's and yeah, like blah, blah, blah..... NOT ANYMORE!

I created my first website ECS Motorsports LTD in his memory and also as a tribute to both Greg, his older brother Stephen and my love of ALL "good things" related to aftermarket, racing, drifting, etc. cars.

This is what Kyle means when he talks about "following one's passion." That's WHY my ECS Motorsports LTD website is dedicated to Greg. If you want to read more about this backstory, follow this link: http://ECSMotorsportsltd.com/about.

So, come join me on MY journey and I can follow you on YOURS through this amazing online world! Make sure you have FUN, seek KNOWLEDGE, give back by helping humanity and SUCCEED, whatever your definition of success may be, should follow!!

Wow, I love your story, while at the same time I feel for your loss. You are a strong man and i am glad to see you moved forward rather than let these landmines, as I call them, get in your way. You followed the path that was cleared and learned from the hiccups. Best of luck to you as you continue to move forward.

I truly thank you for your well chosen, kind words. They mean a lot. This upcoming week is the first deposition by his mom, so the reality of this whole 'event' as his death is referred to by the legal papers and all of the whole nightmare is rushing back as if it just happened again as the situation is discussed over and over again. So, words like your help a bunch! Thanks and welcome to my network and my tribe.
All the best to you here at WA and beyond.

I get a lot of good information from reading different bios from different people. Asking for help is something I don't like to do. It makes me feel like I am a failure and unable to have success on my own. I Read that you gave credit to the "Knowledge and Guidance" you received at WA and I know that I will have to ask for help and get some of that knowledge and guidance for myself to make my business a success.

Sorry to hear about your son. I have a 23 year old son, who is a good kid and because of what you said, I will tell him so today. Thank You for that.

Thanks for the kind words and the props regarding the importance of telling your loved ones how you feel before they go out that door, which we as a people too often neglect to do until it's too late.
I have followed you back to keep an eye on you. LOL. But, I am like you in that I'm a 'giver' and NOT a good 'taker', so 'asking for anything' is difficult for me as well, but having said that please feel confident that you can 'ask me' should you have questions, since we are kinda on the same page in this regard!
All the best to you!

Hello Brian

Thanks for getting in touch, and what a profile! The accomplishments of you and others here at WA is tremendous. My accomplishments however, are of a different nature and it makes me feel good about myself to have achieved what I have. Everyone here at WA should feel the same about themselves and I'm sure that most do. All of us have something to give, and that is precisely why we are here. Hence the need to show respect for each other.

I will quickly mention the analysis that you want to do for the future, regarding owners and their pets. It would be interesting to read your findings when you have completed it. The subject has crossed my mind in a noticeable way. But look who's talking! I too am hiding behind a screen. But you know, sometimes in life a bit of anonymity may serve a useful purpose, if there is a choice. Not many people like to be judged, especially unfavourably. We live in a world where people are judged by; How they look, where they live; what car they drive, how much money they have in the bank etc.. Not being able to see what a person looks like outside, may help others to see more clearly the real person on the inside that shines through outside, before judgment or sentence is passed. That is why I opted for the Sun!

The time may come when I feel I can show myself to the world, but that would be ok, because some would have already had a chance, to get to know me for who I really am.

I am sorry to hear of the loss of your dear son.
Wishing you all the best with whatever your hand finds to do. I am sure you will do it to the best of your ability.

Please do not feel obliged to follow me as I simply do not have the time to give, as my schedule is pretty stretched at the moment. But yes, I do enjoy your humour!

Aileen,
What a thoughtful, profound and well written message. I read it twice to make sure I didn't miss anything, since it was apparent to me that this wasn't 'just thrown together,' but that some cognitive functions were in place prior to and during the composition.

You brought up some valid points related to human behaviors in today's world, which gave me pause to reflect a bit, as Greg's older brother Stephen has been experiencing these very same 'judging issues' lately, so it hit home and is very real to me

I appreciate your kind words regarding my son, Gregory's passing. It still seems like a dream and some days are better than others for me.

Welcome to WA and as you eluded to, this is an awesome community of like minded internet marketers.

Thanks for the follow and I did follow you back, cuz after a nice message like yours, HOW COULD I NOT get ya back .....

Hi Docub,

Great, I've finally learned how to use Jaaxy and found 10 very good keyword phrases to boost SEO in my website!
With one of this phrases, I've opened a page on my site and put the SAME keyword phrase in the title, description, meta keywords, 1st paragraph and a few more times over the text.
OK. Another one I have used in a post.

My crucial question is: what I suppose to do with the other 8 keyword phrases?
I cannot open other 8 pages/posts about the same subject in the same website!

I really will appreciate any help.
Thank You in advance.
Reply
docub Premium
I keep keyword lists because you can use them for other things related to your niche topic like TAGS, social media posts, videos, advertising, emails, etc.

I always check them with online tools too to find volume and usage for comparison purposes. Tools like Google keyword planner, SEM Rush is another very good tool and both are free.

With these tools (and others) you can also get other 'relevant' similar keywords and 'long tail keyword phrases', which are even more valuable than single keywords. Plus monthly search volumes for what people are 'actually searching' for, including mis-spelled words for your keywords. You will be surprised the volume of some of these, which can be GOLDEN!!!

To Your Success!

It's always a comfort when I read caring, heartfelt and thoughtful words when writing about Gregory. I had a weird moment yesterday wishing one of his friends growing up birthday wishes on Facebook and realizing that it was his friend Mike's 29th bday!

I gave pause for a second, because in my mind they all stopped getting older at 27 y/o, the same as Greg stopped. The whole group of kids were always about the same age growing up, so I really was genuinely surprised that 2 years have gone by already.
I have never gotten older, they all have just caught up! I get a perverse sense of pleasure reinforcing that fact, on their bday when rub in that the are getting to be a bunch of old farts. Lol..
Thanks again and welcome to My Tribe.

I have thought about it . Everyone wants me to go on the news to tell all about it so it doesn't happen to anyone else. Believe me, I would like to prevent what happened to me from happening to anyone. Well stated. I didn't plan too well for my retirement financially, cuz I lived my life as IF retirement was always "way off" and then BAM, here it was and now I'm struggling to adapt to a new financial structure and NOT doing as well with a 'fixed retirement income' as I would have hoped...At the moment that is......

Hello I joined W.A awhile back but had to step away from my laptop. Had to take care of personal obstacles in my life. But it's all good now. And I'm ready to learn and earn. I'm really interested in cpa marketing and a member of a few networks...maxbounty,peerfly and a few others. I'm glad I came across your profile. When I joined W.A there really wasn't to much cpa trainings. So I'm gonna be following your trainings and support you..thanks brother.

Hello Brian ... thank you for the follow. I've recently retired as well. Ended up here at WA looking for a legitimate home business opportunity. Got stuck in the wrong program way too long, spending way to much money trying to make it work.

Almost gave up my retirement quest, but after several months doing my due diligence I made the leap to WA. Retirement life diversions on matters needing my attention have not allowed the progress pace here I had hoped, but I continue to work on it.

I'm very interested in your Kindle writing and publishing experience. Would you mind a PM to discuss?

I wish you the best on your WA journey ... sounds like you are doing just fine.

Hi Brian, Thanks for getting back to me!

I have been watching you video series.

I am BRAND NEW AT making video. I am not friendly with my smart phone either.

What is a good basic webcam with audio for example, to hook to my computer?

Or if it is a smart phone, will a cheap one do? I have an LG (under $100).
I am also concerned about the clarity of audio.

I was hoping for a relatively inexpensive way to start. Mary

You know any relatively new smartphone will give you the clarity and sound you need. You also can edit both video and audio with free video editing software programs.

Actually, some of the most popular and viral videos are done kinda on the rough edges with smartphones and NOT so polished. Of course, it all depends upon the niche and type of video and video purpose, etc.

I can include as a bonus a PDF I think I can find about this exact practice using smartphones. I will try to include it in an upcoming video in this series. I do have a resources video upcoming with video software available.

I haven't used spokesperson videos much, but have a brand new software I recently purchased to allow me great flexibility in this arena as a DIY production and have a listing of some great folks that I have used in spokeperson videos on Fiverr I believe.

Bottom line, most videos can be created without expensive cameras and equipment, lighting, etc. As with everything in life this too depends on budget, type of video and skill levels.

The least expensive way would to create videos like these. Basically powerpoint with some animation and transitions, plus voiceover and background audio. But you can create a simple black text on white background PPT, Keynote (Mac) slideshow presentation easily with a voiceover recorded from your laptop/computer microphone using FREE screen recorder software, which will work to start just fine.

A couple i have used are Camtasia, WeVideo. I hope this helps answer some of your questions.
Take Care,
Brian

WOW! Brian, this was an awesome reply.

I have been playing with the phone for video. It looks awful.

SO I am going to start with an audacity audio this week and see what happens.

Not sure how to upload it to my site, I am sure that is in your training.

Also, the ideas of animation and premade video services, is a great idea.

\ I had no idea they existed. I will go over your training again this week, it was all so new.

All you hard work is so appreciated.

First of all, I would like to give Heartfelt Condolence for the loss of your Son!

This belief and conviction keeps me sane in a crazy world, where we can only see what we can touch.....

A lovely member here, Loes, led me to following you, what an amazing arsenal of knowledge and experience you bring to the WA community!

Don't know you yet, but I guess it's applicable to say:

THANKS FOR BEING YOU!

Wish you all the Best, a great time here, and most of all, much respect and happiness coming your way in life......

Hello Brian,

Thanks for offering to help me with this training process.

Here is what I want to do, publish a training entitled, "How to use Markdown as a tool to write and publish to WordPress." I was thinking about retitling, after reading the training from 'boomerg08, two "How to improve your writing and quicken when publishing to WordPress using Markdowm." What do you think?

The beginning of the training, the first thing I answer is the question of what is Markdown and explain what Markdown is and then the training goes on to teach just how to use Markidown. The term is unfamiliar to many people. And is the purpose of the training. I believe it will revolutionize, and that's a big pile belief, I know, the practice of writing for publishing this to WordPress.

But here is what I did. But In the training submission process.. I got tthrough step 1, naming the title, description and picture. Then it step 2, where you again name the tttle, I did that, and then when it wanted me to enter the text of the training for part 1, I got to thinking about whether I actually could submit the training in Markdown, and stopped to look into it. I was told I needed to use the editor that was available in the submission process. I tried twice again and got a message saying that the title was already taken, and I could not proceed. So I then decided to submit the training as a blog. I did a word count and found out that it was over 4000 words. There is where you, and other members, entered the picture to answer the question of how long should a blog be.

So, can you help me out with the training submission proceass or help me out with the length of the blog?

Your help will be appreciated.

Thom Fritz
Reply
docub Premium
Thom,
Any topic is a good topic for me, but you are correct in that your chosen topic does warrant some discussion and I agree with you in that the majority of people myself included aren't too familiar with "Markdown" topic. So I think you're good to go there.

For titles, I try to think of words/phrases that grab attention, but also include the search terms somebody, with limited or no knowledge, might use to find information for the topic. I don't always accomplish this, but I try!

The publication process can be frustrating. Thank God that you are able to go back and edit the components of each training page before and after publication!

Although there is no set limit to a blog's length by definition, there may be limits in place for blog posts to this 'community arena' here at WA, but I'm not sure. Having said that, 4000 words is a lot for someone to digest at a sitting. What I don't know is how many total pages/lessons/modules you envision for these 4000 words?

I would suggest creating your training in "parts/sections/modules" and divide your article into more easily read chunks. That works better for me as a reader. My attention span tends to wander at times.

W I am creating trainings I do it a little at a time and save as not published. Then I go back when I have the spare time to complete what ever is remaining. Also, there IS a limit here at WA regarding "how often" one can publish, which is why I publish a bigger training/videos a lesson at a time every couple of days.

You'll also find that your formatting options are really limited when in the creation template. So I usually create my lessons outside of the training suite, so I can add formatting, links, photos, etc. When I'm ready I just copy and paste into the desired area and save. This way I can work offline wherever I am when I have time and don't have to be on my laptop necessarily, to keep creating and moving forward.

I hope I answered your questions and didn't create more than I tried to answer!

Take care,
Brian

do you think you could "plug" your sites anymore? Need some WA link juice did ya? I shake my head at ALL the people who stuff their links into their WA blogs just to get link juice against TOS. Y'all get away with it too! IF I did that crap I'd get booted out of WA!
Reply
docub Premium
Not trying to spam or plug anything really. Certainly not my intention. I have better things to do with my time. I thought the whole idea was to "share" knowledge, success stories, help others and interact within the community.

I'm not trying to sell anything or jam anything down peoples throats and I always try to choose my words and phraseology carefully , so as to avoid any inference of such. I am about "helping others" in whatever way I can, cuz I enjoy doing so and it brings me satisfaction and personal reward.

After all, aren't we supposed to review other peoples sites, encourage engagement. We actually have to spend point or money to get people to give us their valued opinions around here.
Perhaps I missed something in the WA mission statement.

So, I apologize if you feel like you were "bull rushed." That was certainly NOT my intention.

All the best to you here at WA!

I'm so sorry for your loss. That must have been very traumatic. I can only imagine. Greg, passed in the ICU. We still are seeking answers and are working through the legal system to get them, which is like a constant reminder of our loss.

Twenty-seven year olds aren't supposed to die of pneumonia complications only 3 days out of 7 months in jail for traffic junk, not with the antibiotics we have today! I have read all the medical records several times and it mays NO sense medically as to the sequence of events.

I wear a home-made glass vial pendant around my neck with his ashes in it, as does his brother. That way he is always right next to our hearts.

I know the legal system will take awhile, but at least it has begun, but when you are fighting against the county, well you get the picture. I hope I get some answers before I pass, but IF not, then I KNOW what my first question will be when I get where I'm going...

Like your WA "name" states, I had to "Give It A Go". Thanks for your words of encouragement. I am happy that your daughter "survived" and your family didn't have to endure the taxing event.

When Greg was 19 he also lost his older half-brother, Mike, to suicide and he was the one to walk in and find his brother dead. I don't think he ever got over that and he somehow blamed himself for "not being there for Mike, as does Steve my other son" Now Greg is gone, but we will survive.

Greg and Steve's mom has gone through more than most could even imagine their worst nightmare! I will say this, ALL of this tragedy has brought us closer together than ever, and that's the way Greg and Mike would want it!

Again, thanks for your kind words and I wish you all the best here at WA.
