I copied the code, pasted it into my SEO general settings. When I click confirm, my site header shows up and it says nothing found, so I can't verify it. What should I do.

Make sure you're using the right part of the code

Thanks Marion, I tried the recommended way several times and couldn't get it to verify. I'll try your method next. I'll let you k know how it goes. I really appreciate the help.

Thanks again, Marion. That worked like a charm. Don't understand why the other method wouldn't work, but I'm verified now. I appreciate the reply.

Hey Donald,

Check to make sure you pasted your code in the correct spot, as that MIGHT be your issue.

In the All in One SEO > General Settings > under "Webmaster Verification" is where your code should go. See screen print below...

Hope this helps you.

Thanks for the help, Trish. I plugged it into the right spot. Still didn't work. I'm open for any other suggestions.

As all the comments advise you, link to it in every post.

I have mine in the menu, then it will always be available.

Post specific location for maximum effect!

@lakbar12 is correct. It's not enough to just have one page. You are expected to have the disclosure precede the first affiliate link on each page. I spent time chatting with an FTC lawyer at the recent Affiliate Summit and he confirmed all of this.

To my understanding it has to be linked to every post...I asked this same question and was told that FCC is not accepting just the page any longer.

Also form what I learned on Lawyer blogs they have to be on each and every post...

Here is a training about adding the disclosure And here is where I asked the question and these are the answers I got... I hope this helps...

I am placing it on every post just to be on the safe side...

Below my header image, in the top left corner, there is a place to put am image of the author. How do I put my image there?

If you mean a gravatar, here is a good training:

Thank you very much. That's just what I was looking for. I knew it was here somewhere, I couldn't remember where or what it was called. You just made my day.

Glad I could help :)
