The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People - point 7
A very informative book on how to be successful in today's world was written by Stephen R. Covey. I have not read the whole book yet, but would like to share the 7 habits with everyone so we can implement them into our lives now.
The final point is #7 and that is to Sharpen the Saw
Balance and renew your resources, energy, and health to create a sustainable, long-term, effective lifestyle. It primarily emphasizes exercise for physical renewal, prayer, meditation, and good reading for mental renewal. It also mentions service to society for spiritual renewal. Lets get this done WA.
