Affirmations
I've talked about affirmations in other posts and so have many of you. Sometimes they work and sometimes not so much.
Today I want to share one of the best affirmations I have ever seen. This affirmation was recited by a three-year-old boy. Perhaps you have seen this, it was on the news last week.
The boys’ mon taught this affirmation from early on.. She repeated this:
I am Smart, I am blessed, I can do anything.
In the video, I saw this little boy, walking down the street, perhaps heading to pre-school. He recided this affirmation with enthusiasm and continued to repeat as he walked.
Do you have a small boy or girl and do you think an affirmation like this helps? I do!
I've been repeating it myself, and it's simple, positive, and well worth repeating.

I may also teach a child saying: I'm smart, I'm beautiful/handsome, I'm your friend.
It's good to impress in the minds of children positive things in their formative years.
In the affirmation taught by the mother, the last phrase-I can do anything, I think must be guarded and guided as to what limit of that anything.
I am smart, I am blessed I can do anything, wow! that is my affirmation from now on, thank you for sharing.
