You have to manually approve any that aren't spam and trash any that are SPAM. It doesn't automatically take action in case there are false positives.

Google+ is very particular when it comes to every WA post with the URL of my.wealthyafiliate. A little more than a year ago too many people were spamming WA on Google+ so Google+ now blocks all shares with that URL.

You cannot share WA content on Google+ unless that URL is inside another URL. If you have a WA promotional website you could put the link in their and share your website URL postings. I do this on occasion.

But what I have been doing a lot of lately is posting a relevant picture on both Facebook & Pinterest and then attaching a WA link to it. Then after I publish it I copy the URL of that published Facebook or Pinterest post and share that link on Google+, works every time.

Yes it is more work, and you may not want to do all that yourself, but I have a huge following on Google+ so that is why I make the added effort.
