You can lead a horse to water but you can't make them drink.

Yeah my second time here. I have been letting my WA rank slip as I have learned a few new things about affiliating and the WA. From Day 1 I was on a steady climb all the way to 54 when my good old physical ailments put me out for about a week straight and I watched my WA rank just slide away.

The interesting part that I did learn is that just like adding posts to social media platforms on certain days at certain times will give you very different effects, the same goes for WA rank. Most of all I realized that WA rank within the top 200 made no real difference but the top 100 became very influential. I also found that my site made the greatest advancement when I didn't bother with looking or concerning myself with WA rank.

Today receiving my top 200 badge yet again how important WA rank is in feeling positive about helping other here at the WA. The past 24 hours I strived to help people anyway that I could and the jump in rankings was absolutely amazing. What a great feeling to help so many people and to be able to see an actual reward for it.

From helping solve problems, to teaching something new, to helping someone grow to most importantly make some people get over a hurdle of self doubt and overall negativity to continue to grow was the best feeling of all for myself and the people I was helping.

I also learned that not everyone can be helped or can be cheered up or can understand a joke but should that deter you from trying to help? Absolutely not! You should help anyway you can and expect nothing in return but to feel in your own heart mind and soul that you did try your best in a positive manner. Not everyone will take it for what it is or use it for how it should be used but thats there own prerogative.

So what does all this mean? Everyday here at the WA, no matter what one may think or say or even interpret, strive for your personal best, help grow the community in a positive and forward momentum and realize you can only do your best and not care about how others take it. Make your own waves, blaze your own path, help our thy neighbor and be true to yourself, then and only then will success find you....at the very same time you may be rewarded in a trivial way but don't these little trivial ways make you feel good, they surely do.
