Does your life feel balance? - part 1
How will you find balance?
The elements in life that want the most balancing can be split into two categories: internal and external. Oftentimes, people concentrate on yet another than the other.
For example, you may find that you concentrate on external things, like work, relationships, and activities, which you pay hardly any attention to the proceedings within your center and brain.
Alternatively, you might find that you may spend so enough time being personal reflective that you sometimes lose out on the knowledge of living.
Other folks may be fairly well balanced between your two but should balance some specific elements within each category; therefore i created this little format to help us better understand the beneficial components on both ends of every spectrum.
Internal (Brain, Heart, Health)
- Brain: Challenging yourself intellectually vs. creating opportunities for your brain to rest
- Heart: Providing love vs. getting love
- Health: Eating, taking in, exercising vs properly. relaxing and dealing with you to ultimately a little extra yummies
External (Work, Sociable, Family, Fun)
- Work: Pushing you to ultimately achieve goals vs. viewing the larger picture and enjoying the ride
- Public: Satisfying your interpersonal desires vs. taking time for yourself
- Family: Fulfilling your familial obligations vs. creating healthy boundaries
- Fun: Allocating time for things you love doing vs. ensuring you don’t overdo it
As you can plainly see, both ends of every range are actually positive; but if either part is taken up to an extreme, something that will be positive can finish up being harmful.
It’s beneficial to check along with you to ultimately see in the event that you feel balanced.
