Solution to my WP question: I can't see my Title to a post on my Home Page
First of all, thanks to ChrisTowers for helping resolve this issue and pointing me in the right direction. Ultimately Website Help answered my question. Great to have this community onboard!
Here's what happened....I posted a new post on my blog. The post showed up right below my Welcome message. http://getthelifeyouwantnow.com/ Unfortunately, there was no Title on it. Yes---I could see the Title listed on the "Recent Posts" list and if you went to the post URL....you could see the Title. However, there was no Title right below the Welcome message on my Home Page.
Solution from Website Help: "The issue was due to you have set the format of post as 'link', which we have set to Standard now."
(I then asked them how they set it to Standard.)
"Login to your WP-admin dashboard and go to Settings>>Writing section and you will see a option named "Default Post Format" which we have changed to "Standard"."
Seems simple enough. I never ran into this problem before. My Titles always showed up. I don't know how this happened....but I'm so happy it's resolved.
So if you're having this same problem---you know what to do!
