Hi Derek,
Yes, you can create any kind of a site you want here at WA. I know another member that also runs a cannabis site and this is perfectly fine. He lives in Portland where it's also legal.
WA doesn't tell you what kind of a site you can create, this is up to you. I hope this helps you out Derek and let me know if you have any other questions.

If you look at my page Understanding Body Fat, down at the comments my picture is only showing up on some of them and not all of them.

Interesting...now you see him -now you don't lol. It looks like your older comments don't have your image, but the 2 from today are showing. When did you create your Gravatar? Did you change or add the photo recently? I'm thinking if you didn't have a photo for your gravatar on the previous comments, and then they got posted it will not update.
I created my gravatar a couple days after I replied to those comments. Is there any way to update them or no since it was created after?
I'm not seeing any option to change the picture on previously posted comments, and I tried to see if I can edit. You can edit your comments, (go to comments tab on left column in WP, and click on th "edit" button for the comment you want to change) but no feature available to edit your image.
The best thing I can suggest is to contact them directly here==>
