I'm sorry I don't fully understand the question. What account are you trying to link your email to? Are you setting up a contact form for your website? All contact form plugins (there are tons of free ones) I have used use simply require to input an active email address they will forward the message to.

Remove the code you've already got because you don't need it anymore and it allows Adsense to control where the ads are shown.
