For the browser, clear the cache.
For your Internet connection, if you have wireless, unplug, wait about 30 sec, plug it back in. Then, if you have access to the modem, reset that by either turning it off and then turning it back on, or going into your gateway software that comes with it and reset it from there.
You can also lower the video quality so the packets are smaller and easier for your system to handle. I've done this before myself but some time ago. Are the videos working at all? Do they keep buffering?
Thanks for your comments. I did try all that you mention their. I also looked at the source code info and saw that it was started with IE so having IE on my computer as well I just tried it and it is working on IE. Just finished first lesson and returned here. I find it weird in that all my other Streaming videos and You Tube is working. these videos are not.
