Contact support I suspect that you have left wealthy affiliates and returned. If you have left and not taken a copy of your blog it is deleted after 60 days.

My domain from WA renewal was 11-20-20. I just noticed it but they are asking $263.00 to renew??

it maybe that there has been other interest or hte value of your domain has been readjusted
there is also a surcharge to register the domain after a time period of lapsing - talk to support and see what they can do

Reading notes below, hope you have a back up of your site. However if not, you can always do so by using the AIO WP Migrations and Updraft plugins. UpdraftPlus is a premium and highly recommended.

Hi - I noticed you were asking about missing a domain renewal payment yesterday in Live Chat. Have you let your WA membership lapse? If you were away for more than 60 days, your website will have been deleted.

There are 2 posts with duplicate paragraphs on my website on a domain that I own.
How can I edit out these duplications ?
Hey Duane,
Simply log into your WordPress website from SiteManager, find the post or page you want to correct, click on it and then start editing.
Don't forget to click on your Update button so the changes will take effect.
Hope you find this helpful.
Unfortunately I don't believe you can edit two at once.
What I would do is edit one paragraph first.
1. Highlight everything you changed. Copy that,
then
2. Highlight the paragraph in the other post and paste your changed paragraph.
Replacing the second paragraph with the changes from the first.

Why is it no longer advised to use banners due to Google algorithm updates?

Where did you see that it is no longer advised to use banners?
Banners CAN be over used, and you would not want to do that of course.
I started to pull up a WA banner. There was a note on the the banner "Note due to recent Google algorithm updates it is no longer advised to place banners"

I checked again and the message is still there on banner with the young boy showing his strength. I am not going to worry about it. I wasn’t going to use that one.
Please provide the URL as this sounds like you are on someone else's website and NOT WA's membership site where the banners are located.

I logged into wealthy affiliate, clicked on training, asked for WA banners. I just got the same result. I am a senior and am not a computer whiz.

Hey Duane, it sounds to me that you may have what is called Malware on your computer. You may have inadvertently installed it by clicking on a link that you should not have.
If you have a trustworthy technical person that you can rely on, they can fix this issue for you.
