You should have a plugin that will automatically update your sitemap and ping Google / Yahoo / Bing. You dont haveto do anything.
You can give Google a nudge though . . .Assuming you've got your site set up in Webmaster tools, go to Crawl > Fetch as Google
Enter the URL of the new page.
Then Google will go and get it and index it quicker than it normally would.
