A comment was made which was not appropriate for the content of my page and I had to disapprove it. I wrote an explanation and sent it out, only to realize I sent it to the wro
If it's a site comments comment, I don't think you can find it. You can recover trashed comments from your dashboard though, check to see if it's there.
It's a "site comments" comment. So I guess it's lost. Well I'm sure I'll run into him again sometime...I saw him somewhere on WA couple of months ago.
If not, these things happen. Won't be the first or last person to do this.
Don't worry about it, you'll still get a lot of great comments from other people including him :)
If you mean the WA Site Comment Features, sadly I don't know too. However, you can find the WA member and send a PM to him/her. Try to ask him/her to leave a comment directly in your website.

I tried to find him...but when you click on the image or name, it redirects to http://en.gravatar.com/h20dude and there is nothing there. Tried doing a search in WA..no luck
Then, Maybe you can try Site Support? I hope they can help you either re-approve or check who is the person in WA. The person whose comment got disapproved might a little turned down with this miscommunication, so I hope the Support can do something about it :)
Found someone who had the same problem and opened a support ticket. Waiting to see what happens.
I know you can just delete the comment you sent through to the wrong person, not sure about the comment you disapproved though. You could try looking in the trash/deleted section, it might still be in there.
Won't be in the trash because I disapproved from WA. Did check though...nothing. Will keep looking...calls himself the h2Odude
