Can someone help me out?

In order to best explain this: please take a look at my site: http://onelungrunnergirl.com/

At the top of the post, it gives the date and then it has these weird numbers that I cannot figure out how to get rid of.

For example, "Posted on April 2, 2014 216by Dana 213"

I have been all over every menu within wordpress and cannot figure out how to get rid of the 216 and 213 at the top of my posts. I know its somewhere in the settings but I have tried almost everything and cannot figure it out. Help!

Hi Dana, I do not believe you will not be able to remove those numbers in your post/page editor. They are added by the hard code of your theme, into the page when you post, You could try contacting CyberChimps for advice on how to edit your theme to remove them. You would either have to edit the theme itself, of have someone do it for you.

I would listen to Jay.

hi daynados,
this is a beautiful site and it flows well. unfortunately on the note of your question, i do not have the answer and i hope what magistudios provided will help you.best of luck marcy

Hi Dana,

After a wee bit of research it looks like the theme you have chosen has a free version and a paid version.

The free version seems to have this number beside the author name and the paid version does not.

Free:
https://wordpress.org/themes/neuro (Click Green Preview button)

Paid:

Now, there is a way to manually remove this but it would involve some Wordpress theme surgery and could end up being more of a pain than it's worth.

Hope this helps,
Jay

So the breadcrumbs are messed up intentionally? Thanks for the research.

Well, speaking for myself - I would think of changing the theme and the theme producer.

Bummer. Ok. Thank you so much for your help! I guess I will just leave it for now.

And Andy said - you have the breadcrumbs definition messed up. Did you change it somehow? Did this start suddenly or is it like this from the start?

Does your theme have a special setting for breadcrumb format? Themes usually only have a setting for where to display the breadcrumb and not how to display it.

I don't think it was like that from the start, and I honestly don't know what I did to mess it up.

How exactly do I change the breadcrumbs? I didn't see anything about a breadcrumb format.

I checked the time and date settings and didn't see it there either.

I tried looking in the editor section, but it states it should be changed in child theme only. I know nothing about this stuff. Haha

Try going to settings in your dasboard. You can read documentation on time and date settings. Hope this helps.

is it not the breadcrumbs trail...?
If so, have a look at this....http://wordpress.org/support/topic/removing-breadcrumbs-2

Have you tried copying the text, deleting the page and reposting to new page? Not sure what else to try, I'm new here, sorry.

I think it's displaying your "post" id number...check out your posts instead of pages display.

When you go to edit that page, you should have the option to view visual or text mode, 2 different columns. Go to text mode and you should see those numbers and be able to delete them

I tried that but I don't see anything like that on the text page
