How do i downgrade my premium account to the free one without deleting my whole account?
There is no downgrade it's premium or not. You can't go back to the free starter membership.
So if you decide to cancel premium and you own your own website you will need to have it hosted elsewhere without all the bells and whistles you get as a premium member here.
If you only have the siterubix website that cannot be transferred as it belongs to WA and you will lose what you have.down the track.
You also need to cancel before your next monthly membership is due otherwise you will find a charge for the following month
So just in case you want to cancel here is a link that will show you how as it has to be done manually by you. Cancel Wealthy Affiliate Membership and Stop Billing P.S.
IF you do cancel and wish to return back you are most welcome
Hi - you can't do that. Once you have been premium, you can't go back to being a free starter again. You would have to cancel your membership, which means you lose all access to this platform.

With all the unemployment taking place now is the best time to create a website to help others develop an online business. As a member you have affiliate links and banners you can use to market the benefits of Wealthy Affiliate. The commissions paid are awesome!
IF cash flow is an issue did you know you can earn cash credits to offset your monthly fee?
There are two areas for this. Give good comments and feedback. After accumulating 50 within 30 days, you earn 50 cents for every two comments you give. As long as you have a running total of giving 50 comments in 30 days you can earn this.
The other way is to write training. This earns you $5 for each one.
None of this will make you rich. But this is one way to pay for your membership.
All the best to you.
