I haven't worked with G+ yet. I'd be interested in the answer to this.

I know others had trouble with google+ that's why some people don't like it. Once you log in to your google+ account, go to 'collections' on the left-hand side,. then click on 'yours' on top. then create a collection. (You should be able to plug in your website info there.)

Click Profile on the left and then your profile will come up and ON your big picture itself you will see: Edit Profile and About; click About. There you will see a box that says Sites, click the little pencil and add yours ;)

You know Dave, Off and on I've been having that same issue. I've got two sites. One will show my pic when I reply back to a comment. My other site won't show my image. They're both set up the same way. I think that Gravatar system is all screwed up.
What I suggest is back track your setup in Gravatar and make sure things are set up ok. Also, if you type your question on top in the search bar, you'll get answers from members helping others who have gone thru the same thing.

Could be a reply setting, make sure you setting are setup correctly.

FIRST try opening an account as if it was the first time. If that doesn't work, then open a new account.

To my understanding, problem solved.

Let him try creating a new account with a different user name.

That happens when someone tried to sign up with the same IP address as another member.
