I was told to ask my question here and get a quick response. Here is my question.

My friend wanted to join however he was told he already had an account. He told me he has never heard of Wealthy Affiliate. Could you please answer what he is suppose to do? Thank you

FIRST try opening an account as if it was the first time. If that doesn't work, then open a new account.

Let him try creating a new account with a different user name.

That happens when someone tried to sign up with the same IP address as another member.
