The Little Children Sang "Happy Birthday Jesus"
I watched as Jacob began to run as hard as he could (while standing in place), clapping his little hands, and sounding the alarm..."SANTA!!!, SANTA!!!, SANTA...!!!" And then he was lost in the sea of other little children as they realized that Santa had arrived on the scene. Truly a wonderful time for us all.
After everyone (the children, hehe) had sat on Santa's lap and told him what they wanted for Christmas and had received a present from him...baby dolls to remote control cars...the fun really began as everyone started putting their toys into action!!! What a great time they were having.
Our pastor called for everyone's attention and had all the little children gather around him and the Christmas tree that they had so beautifully decorated earlier. He began to ask them questions about the true meaning of Christmas. They were so attentive and eager to answer him, and there was a gentle quietness that settled over them as he began to tell the story of the virgin birth of Jesus.
Beside him, was a little table and on that little table was a little birthday cake, and on the little birthday cake was a little candle, and on that little candle was a little flame, and that little flame became a giant wonderment in the eyes of all who were there...as the little children sang Happy Birthday Jesus...
May God bless you all.

No wonder, Jesus said "Ye be like these children if anyone wants to enter Heaven!" How do we become wicked as we grow old? Let Christmas teach us to be innocent within our inside.
Oh that we could all be like the little children and find ourselves in Jesus arms...for it truly a peace that surpasses our understanding.
Sad that, as we grow older, we find the pleasures of sin more satisfying than the joys of the Holy Spirit...and since God is holy, we become separated from Him because sin (wickedness) cannot dwell in His presence. And the only way to return into His presence is through the perfect sacrifice of Jesus blood...the greatest gift ever given. No greater love than this!!!
God bless.

Thank you for sharing that. My sons are grown now, but I never let my sons when they were little forget that "Jesus is the reason for the season! Merry Christmas!
I believe that they will never forget it. I sincerely hope that they are found of the Holy Spirit this Christmas. Jesus bless you all.

Ah, what Christmas is all about! So wonderful that your grandchildren are learning that too. Praise Him in whom all blessings flow! Merry Christmas, David, to you and yours!
What a truly wonderful life the world could know if they only knew Jesus. May He bless and keep you all.
