Figuring Things Out

I once heard you can do anything you want to do, but you can't do everything you want to do.

That kinda means you can't be a sumo wrestler and a champion figure skater, too, even if you want to. Each takes a lot of effort, so it has to be one or the other.

With that in mind, I set off with my trusty dog, Chip, for this morning's walk/hike.

Many at WA have been discussing their plans for 2024, so I thought I would try to figure out the same.

If you spend a lot of time on the Platform, you'll hear about all the possibilities available to you as a member.

There is writing Amazon books. There is affiliate marketing. There is the MMO niche. There is writing for ad revenue. There is a lot more I'm not mentioning.

It's a little overwhelming!

The possibilities are too numerous to handle all at once.

I haven't even considered YouTube, but videos are where it's at these days.

So, as Chip and I were walking along, I decided what I would do in 2024: nothing more, nothing less.

One tool, like Catherine said. Catherine is over in Guatemala thinking about building a school with some of her WA earnings. How cool is that?

As I said, I'm going to learn two tools: WP Code and Aweber inside and out. They will both be very helpful to me.

I'm also taking a course in HTML, CSS, and Javascript. ...because I can.

Finally, I will write a post-a-day and fix at least an old post-a-day while entering entity SEO into each as I go.

That's it.

I'm not going to start any new sites or go through the BootCamp; just what I said.

That's all I'll have time for.

You can do anything you want, but you can't do everything you want.
