Tube Buddy Over 45, 000 Views
If you are a user of or are thinking of getting TubeBuddy to help with your YouTube Channel, then this post, might go someway to helping you make that informed decision
I don't pretend to be any sort of expert on its use, but I have had it for some while, in the free version, because it was recommended that I get it, if I planned to make YouTube a marketing strategy...
TubeBuddy is also a recommended and YouTube certified Official Partner.
It does a lot of the heavy lifting for you
The free version is good and is very easy to use. YouUpload your video and then TubeBuddy kind of helps you to make your uploaded video easier to rank and based on my experience with that version of it so far, then yes it has done well and helped me
You can install it on the Chrome, or which ever tool bar you are using, so that it doesn't intrude on what you are doing with YouTube, so thats a good thing
It has 3 different levels with it, which are basic, Pro and Platinum, all of which have different costs associated with them and you can choose according to your experience level and comfort
Additionally it also has a rewards programme attached to it, where by if you are not sure of how it will help you, then you can win upgrades, by completing some very simple tasks
The end game of this is, that TubeBuddy wants you to use it
So...
Yesterday, after I had posted my 100 YouTube Subscribers post, I decided to look further at TubeBuddy, the reason for this was I wanted to change my channel trailer, which I did using my phone... So its on there now!!!
In doing this, I decided to complete a task and win a Free 7 day Pro Upgrade
No sooner had I done this, then my entire TubeBuddy Dashboard changed and revealed a whole load of new data, which made fascinating reading, because I had achieved two Milestones which TubeBuddy advised me of
One of them You know about... 100 Subscribers passed!! Whoo Hoo : )
The second, was one that I had to let sink in for a couple of minutes, to realise the impact it had
Because I had received 45, 000 views to my videos, since I decided to make YouTube my main channel...
45,000 views, now that is one heck of a lot of traffic
It shows in black and white quite clearly what is happening through the uploads and part time effort that has been put in, what traffic is being generated
Okay, 45,000 views is not much in the scheme of things, and by comparison to others it is a pittance... But, it is a start
Now I plan to take full advantage of TubeBuddies advanced features and do more video work for sure.
One thing you will absolutely love, with the upgraded TubeBuddies features, is that when your video is uploaded and you are following the creators academy guidelines for titles and description, then TubeBuddy will show you and make suggestions for which keywords work best in terms of ranking of similar videos, so that you can include them in your tags box
As an Example my video tags have gone from a small handfull, to quite literally dozens of them now, but they are also getting ranked too
The important thing with video is this... Don't be scared, it doesn't have to be immaculate, or ultra professional, just be you, if you have seen my videos, they are 1 take wonders sometimes, but just me talking to you! and that is what people like, honesty and genuiness
TubeBuddy and YouTube have some awesome free training available, which with YouTube is available through the Creators Academy which if you follow and apply as you are going, then your channel gets build out quite quickly, to an easy on the eye appeal, which can always be tweaked
So that 45, 000 views ,is traffic to my videos
If you are thinking of doing video and want more traffic, then there is a great starting point
Incidentally, more social platforms are now starting to incorporate video into their timelines because the engagement is better and the click through rates are far higher
Anyway, that is my TubeBuddy update
