Dash, I've added you to my G+ and at Twitter. I will be looking at TwitterFeed for sharing blog posts. Apparently Google search engines tend to index those fairly quickly. I'll look at Hootsuite and buff.ly too. Anything to save time and be more efficient! ~Jude

Hootsuite does a similar thing. You can set up your SM profiles and choose which ones you send your tweeted link to on a post by post basis. And it allows Google+.
@Paul Dean and KMG, I like that one too I haven't used it yet because it's similar to Bufferapp. What does Hootsuite have to offer
