What is php? apparently I have an outdated version, but I do not know how to get the updated version
How do I acquire an updated PHP?
You would need to contact site support to see if your PHP needs updated only they can do that for you. Most often you don't need the latest version but they will advise you if you need it or having what you have is fine.
Most welcome this is a comment message many get in their site health status and often the latest is not needed. But as I said Support will let you know and if you wish for it to be upgraded they will help you do that.

I am receiving a http 500 error when attempting to login into my site. What causes this and can it be fixed? Please help.
I would like to thank you all for your support. It was indeed a plugin that was misbehaving. Support site deactivated all plugins and I reactivated them one by one. It appears my amazon auto link was the culprit. Problem solved...
If you cant log in to your website contact Site Support. This error is usually caused by a misbehaving plugin.

Hi - bear in mind, that the demo of a theme simply shows what a website could look like, once you have added your own images and content. In a way, what you see is the "skeleton".
