Where is Zouzou?
After my public apology , I've remained silent, I've put my head down, and worked on my website. As a writer, it takes me a lot of time to be satisfied with my content, I write, re write and edit.
As promised to Kyle and Carson, any of my Blogs will be related to WA. and thank you both, for your leniency and forgiveness for my trespass.
There's no doubt I Love WA, the Love, Support and Friendship from our Community, as well as the knowledge one can aquire is boundless...

The Importance of Personal Connection
Connecting, whether in person, on the phone, or on your website is primordial. The ability to be transparent is of up most importance. Be You, with little holds barred. Most importantly, don't loose sight of the fact, that You are "Connecting" with an Individual, a Person, another "You".
In any comment, or feedback, take the time to address this person by their first name. Granted, it may take a little more time, however I guarantee that this person will remember You.
Seek out what is Unique
No matter who You are addressing, make an effort to find a point which you can positively build on, I find this especially important in website feedback. Focus on the Awesomeness of their site, reinforce all you've found interesting and good. Give that person the feeling of Success they deserve.
Frailties
We all have frailties, those aspects of our"Selves" that are less than Perfect. Some call them faults, I choose to call them "Frailties". Understand that when giving feedback, You are celebrating in another person's success, and be honest, yet gentle in your critique.
Firstly, reinforce what is strong, then write about Frailties you've found, where you think that person's site could be strengthened. Be casual, use words like "I feel" that maybe, this or that...
End it by bringing your critique back to strong points.
We are all looking out at the World, while seated behind our own eyes.
We are all connected...
Later Gators...

Hey Loes
It's so good to hear from You, I read many of your caring comments concerning my re reinstatement at WA.
However bold and forward I was, I did not want to give the impression of being impetuous to Kyle and Carson, as my apology was genuine.
I chose to remain humble and silent, however not one of your comments went unnoticed.
I'm just glad to be here, and I missed you a lot

Yes, Joseph - the sandwich approach to critiques: First the good then the frailties and finally more good. Keep up the good work and let's move forward. ~Marion
Hmmmm, I Love that Marion, "the sandwich approach". Never looked at it that way, it's just in my nature of doing things.
Thank you Dear, I sincerely hope all is going well
With care

"As promised to Kyle and Carson, any of my Blogs will be related to WA. and thank you both, for your leniency and forgiveness for my trespass"
That should help to restore the WA Forum to what it used to be and shed the 'it's like a bad FB copy lately' feel.
Good to hear from you my friend and be safe
John
Hey John, it's always great hearing from You, thank You.
WA reminds me a lot of when I did Bonzai. You trim, prune, and shape it as you want it to grow.
It goes through changes and growing pains.
I must admit, Kyle and Carson are tendering their Bonzai right, they are caring for its direction.
I often tell my Friends that there are two kinds of people in the world. Those in the stands, and those on the playing field. Those in the stands are always commenting on what a player should have done, However, they never actually play the Game itself.
My point?
Here at WA, we are the Players, at times we trip, fall, and might even drop the ball. However, unlike people in the stands, we help each other to get back up, brush off our knees and go again.
All the while others look on...
Thanks John for your support
so Appreciated
Joseph
