Should You Have More Than One Niche?
Can You Have More Than One Niche?
Why not? I mean if you have several passions or interests then why not have several niches. If you're just starting & you find yourself trying to decide which niche to go with then pick the one that you're most passionate about. Run with it & see what happens.
Now on the other hand, you maybe having a difficult time coming up with a niche. I'm sure a lot of you can relate. Myself included especially at the beginning. Believe or not, coming up with a niche was like pulling teeth. Had a terrible time. It wasn't because of the lack of interests but rather it was the fear of the unknowns. Too many questions too few answers.
You know if you find yourself in this position then try doing some research on which niche would be most viable. At the same time this can help with narrowing down & coming up with a niche you're most passionate about.
One Niche Leads to Another
As time goes on you may find yourself with multiple niches. In a way, this can be good because it leads to multiple websites which can lead to multiple opportunities for a bigger audience. In turn, the potential for greater revenue is realistic.
At the same time the work load is greater the more niches you are involved in. Outsourcing some of the work load maybe necessary especially if it gets to be too overwhelming.
One niche did lead to another because I went from not knowing what my niche was going to be to now being involved in multiple niches. My first niche involves copper. This is why the website: CopperOwn.com was created. My other niche has to do with income opportunities. This is how the website: RealDealIncome.com came to be. What are these niches about? You can check them out & leave a comment on what you think or what you find interesting. Who knows you may find your own niche from either one of these.
In any case, I believe having more than one niche expands your opportunities & greatly increases your chances for success. Give it try & see what happens. If one niche doesn't work then at least you have another niche working for you. The more you put into it the more you get out of it.
Oh by the way. Don't ask me how to pronounce the word "niche" because everyone has their own take on how to pronounce "Niche." Does anyone know the correct pronunciation?

I have three and it was an error. I didn’t think too hard about it in the beginning, I went with my gut instincts. The first two were interests but have now had to abandon them to a great extent when I started my WA site. In the beginning I was writing 5 or 6 posts a week but I was not at that point doing all the things you need to do once publishing.
I can now only manage 3 a week if I am going to promote the posts successfully.
My advice is to stick to one until it is well established.

Yes! That's great advice on starting & sticking with one niche until well established. Especially when starting out.
I've had a similar issue where having more than one niche can take time away from the other. My first niche is now up to 80% site trust now but that's because a lot of time & effort has gone into building a solid foundation. My time & focus now is to build up the website & set the foundation for my second niche with allocating some time to my first niche.
All the best to you in your journey!

Hi, Daniel. I don't agree or disagree with you. I have tried to run two niche websites and not one of them was very successful. I started to concentrate only on one and it is going well. I am a slow writer and can only manage about three articles a week. To split that between two websites won't work.
So, I will stick to the one until that one become a super site. Then maybe I will consider starting another one.

Congrats on your success. Sounds like you made the right decision.
Nice to hear you're having success with your niche. Keep up the great work!

Any suggestions on how to juggle social medias with different niches? I have tried a few different sites at once, however to keep track of emails and such becomes a bit more confusing to streamline.
I've juggled multiple sites before, and the only way to do it effectively is with multiple email addresses and social media accounts, but to do that, you have to be incorporated as a business in each niche so as not to violate the ToS.for most of the social media sites which specify one account per individual.
