Focus Your Attention With White Noise
I just had a little annoying situation that many of us Home workers must deal with very frequently... My darling was talking on the phone for a long period of time and our apartment is open spaced so, naturally, that was a big distraction for me.
After recognising a potential for stress or confrontation, I began thinking about possibilities and one very neat solution pop up in my mind.

This is a sum of all sound frequencies that a human ear can hear.
When you listen soundtrack of White Noise like this one I used,
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d143Bd0howo
it masks and cancel all the sounds that are in your surrounding so all you hear is very soothing sound that relaxes you and bring your focus back. And it is important that you find a minimum volume that cancel distracting sounds and is not to loud.
So, right now, I'm very focused in writing this post and my darling... Well, hm, where is she? Oh, yes, she is behind the wall talking on the phone. :-D
