Sharing a Lombardi-ism
Vince Lombardi is considered by many to have been the greatest football coach to have ever lived. As a matter of fact so much so that the Super Bowl trophy that is given to the winning team at the conclusion of the National Football League's Super Bowl every year bears his name.

But this morning I want to share with you one of my favorite quotes from the warrior himself, so without further ado let's get to the Lombardi-ism of the day.
"Quitters never win, and winners never quit." - Vince Lombardi
There is much to be learned from these very simple words. We are all winners in our own right and as such as we journey here at WA through the trainings, absorb and apply more and more of the knowledge and information we recceive and build our respective sites in our respective niches we move toward the goal line of life. But if we fail to advance, if we quit, we are not the winners in life, but in fact end up losing.
I don't know about you, but I wake up each morning and make the conscious decision that, "Today... I will WIN!"
As always it is my sincere desire that I have motivated some with this -ism, you can do it, all you have to do is never quit.

Thank you Dr Carl and it is so right that you will never win if you decide to throw it all away and quit. I did at one point myself nearly throw it all away over something stupid but then I saw sense with someones help and I am glad that I have stayed although my family are not very happy about it. xx
From time to time we are forced to make decisions that others believe are not in our best interest, but who has the right to determine what is right for us other than ourselves? No one even our families knows what is really in our heart and the heart is where the most important decisions are made.
The great Vince Lombardi. I tough guy with a big heart and the ultimate motivator when it came to the game of football. Love this quote by him. Thanks for another excellent -ism.
A true Giant was he. He was tough on his players and at the same time he had a heart for them. Admirable qualities in any coach.
Yes ma'am and one thing that many do not know about Lombardi is he was not the proverbial hard a#$ that many might have thought he was, however, an ever compassionate warrior who cared for his players.
When Lombardi moved to the Washington Redskins in the preseason he was asked in an interview how he was going to deal with the then bad boy of professional football (Sonny Jorgenson) he called Jorgenson over and put his arm around him and said to the reporters, "I want to introduce you to the greatest quarterback to ever play the game." That year the undisciplined Jorgenson went on to have the best year of his career under the tutelage of the great Vince Lombardi.

Nope that was an inspirational story about the warrior Cortez that when he and his men landed to fight a battle he gave the order to burn the ships and with that told his men there was no way to retreat they would win or they would perish.
Yeah, it poses an allegorical situation in an online business that there's no quitting it's either you win or you lose. It's somewhat suicidal.

having hung out in CA for a while especially during the summer months when I was a kid I have a soft spot in my heart for the Raiders (if the Patriots have an off year I always root for the raiders).
