Spending too much time setting up
Focusing on NON IPA'S (Income Producing Activity's) is frequently the single greatest inhibitor of success online. It means that you’re putting too much time into setting up and not enough time into focusing on actually engaging with your audience and making money for your business through your website.
Yes we all tend to do it because we want everything to be Perfect, tweaking this and tweaking that but here's the thing, there is no "perfect", whatever design your website takes and whatever content you create is what's going to brand you, thus creating your tribe.
You feel like you’re getting a lot done because of all of the activity of fiddling with things. But the reality is, you’re preventing yourself from doing what really needs to be done to have a successful business…
Focusing on adding value and making money.
The easiest and quickest way to fix this problem is simply to realize that you’re making it. Then, you need to decide in your mind that you’re going to stop. This is of course easier said than done. It really only takes two things, and both are within your grasp.
1) A great system (WA) that helps you quickly and easily set your blog up so that it is ready to make you money.
2) Great mentors who can show you how and where you should be spending your time.

I think we need to highlight the "money moves" (MM) and get a check list- the purpose of "admin" stuff is to support the MM stuff, so:
Plugins set up, basic theme and layout is admin for get 5 low hanging fruit posts up of the requisite quality and length (MM)
Set up G + (admin) create circles and send out invites to circles (MM)

Hey Curtis, I was just saying myself not too long ago. Yes I was spending so much time (wasting) on trying to perfect me "first" website and lost focus on the most important thing, engaging and adding content

We all do it charlotte its only human nature, trying to be perfect. What we should do is make a list of the IPA's and the NON- IPA's and that should tell us where most of our time goes. * (Income Producing Activity's)
