What kind of affiliate programmes are you looking for David?

Not sure your niche but shareasale is good for getting affiliate links I got my first one approved today. It is the people that hit a roadblock but keep pressing that the succeed. Keep your head up and keep fighting.

Thanks for posting this question and those that tried to help cttiger. I am still at level 2 and I think I will run into the same situation when I get there. At least now I have an idea on what to do when the this problem pops up.

No worries David, just keep adding quality content. At a point in time affiliates will begin to deem your website credible and like zeeman says, you'll have a ton to choose from!

Don't let this discourage you, every successful person will tell you they were rejected many times. It's the one's who keep going that will succeed, even after all of the rejections:)

Keep leveraging The Wa , Jaaxy and siterubix for now, the same thing happened to me but I kept applying everywhere and then repeated yet again now I have so many to many to use and I have 4 web sites now I reject the ones I don't want so don't be discouraged I will send you a private message with some names that accepted me in the beginning of building my webs. I use Linkshare and shareasale and have links for them on my 'more good deals' page..they have hundreds of affiliates to choose from
