What type of pictures are you trying to create? Or are you trying upload pictures to your website?
the theme I used is called WP Opulus...it has exactly 3 pics that I could keep or exchange but I do not know how to do that. I read instructions and well, its not clear enough for me to do it. I just have to toggle with it.
They might be controlled as "featured images", if you edit a post, look at the bottom right hand side and see if there is a "featured image" box where you can upload a replacement. :) Rich.
