If I am marketing a product off of Amazon, can I use the image right from the website's item images?
This is an example:
You can only use an image provided by the HTML code. You cannot take a screenshot or use save as on any of the images.
Hi - you can only use the one image they supply you with through the Site Stripe bar, and you must insert it using the HTML code. You can't copy any other images from the product page and add the affiliate link to it yourself.
So, what you have done is not permitted. Plus, your Affiliate Disclosure doesn't meet Amazon's requirements. You have to say this exact phrase "As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases".
Once you have met your sales target of 3 sales in your first 180 days, Amazon will inspect your website for their final approval. If they find even one example of a rule being broken, you will be removed from their program.

@LMH1968 is correct. You can only use the image with their HMTL code. You cannot screenshot it.
Using Amazon images can be kind of a chore, but it's not that bad once you get a system going.
Firstly, you are not allowed to screenshot Amazon images. It violates their TOS. Don't worry though! There are several ways to get images of Amazon products.
For the best quality images, but most difficult process, email the manufacturers or sellers and ask for permission. Sometimes they have a press kit you can use. Sometimes this takes a long time to wait for a response!

Many people upload product photos there just for fun, and you can embed them on your site.
Just make sure to give proper attribution. You should have a link to the image source AND to the image license. I always put those links in the "Caption" portion of the image. This is a great way to get free images, but creates lots of external links, AKA areas where you can lose visitors.
You can also just use Amazon's code. How To Use Amazon Images The Right Way How To Insert Amazon Product Images Into Websites Use and Resize Amazon SiteStripe Images The images are usually a little small though! They also have a new system called "cards" which looks pretty good. You can find the card option in the same options shown in the training above.
One last option is to buy a plugin with custom options. I have a review of one of the most popular ones here, plus more paid plugin options shown at the bottom of the review.
There's a bunch of plugins out there, but most are paid. My favorites so far are Amalinks Pro and AAWP.
