It hurts all over again
Hey everyone. Now that I am going through with my biography @ wahosanna1movingforward.com I am baring it all for the entire world. I am revisiting my deepest fears and I am finding it really hard. I feel and see everything that once tryed to break me.
I know I must do this, if not for myself, for all the men, women and children that doesn't have anyone to turn to.
I don't want to give up but I'm finding it really hard to continue with this niche.
Today while writing, I returned to the scene of the crime and started to break down, as I type I can barely see the keyboard on my phone due to the tears in my eyes.
I'm falling apart and I'm not sure I even know how to pull myself back together again. I need as much support as I can get, or else I may not make it through. Please help me, somebody, anyone?

There are ways to remove the emotions attached to the memories, Crystal. Imagine yourself in a movie theater and see yourself from the back of the room sitting in the theater watching the memories on the movie screen. This will put distance between your emotions and seeing the past.

I am very visual Crystal. The important thing when seeing the movie screen is to be looking at it from another point of view seeing yourself looking at the screen/memory. :-)

Thank you. I know all you say to be true. It's the memories that I haven't tapped into for years. Now in order to write my autobiography I have to go back and face all the demons and darkness in my mind.
Plus the enemy is using those in my household to stop me from doing my Father's work. So that in would remain in the darkness I've been trying so hard to come out of. I am asking for everyone to intercede for me.
