If the QSR is 0, the KQI is great and the SEO is 87 would this be a safe route to take to accomplish a successful website?
Hi - the SEO score of 87 is very poor. This indicates that you have very well-established competition - websites that are years old, with hundreds, if not thousands of posts, so you are unlikely to beat them.
For a brand new website, you need to be finding keywords with an SEO of 95 or more. And always check the competition on page 1 of Google to see what you are up against, don't just rely on Jaaxy.
Hi
When QSR is zero.
It means zero competition, does it fit with your niche, is it a real keyword? If so check it with a google search. What comes up on the first page? That can help give you an idea.
Look for searches (avg.) above 30 and competition (qsr. ) lower than 100, the lower the qsr the better. Starter sites SEO greater than 95.

For your choice of keywords, always do an incognito search on Google before settling on a keyword, to see who appears in the top 3 positions.
Or you may do in Jaaxy tool search analysis

How do I choose the right one?

I never use the SEO, Crystal! Depending on the amount of content on your site,
I would (I am) use the 50/50 rule with the Traffic and QSR.
But that’s just me looking for that low hanging fruit.
Hope this helps,
Canty

I was wondering how I could register a friend with WA under my account, can someone anyone please help me?
Hi
I would reach out to the $ sign top menu and copy my unique affiliate link and then share it with my friend.
When they sign up they would be listed as your referral, and if they later upgrade, you would get a commission.
If you have a website (even free stirerubix.com website)
You could copy a WA banner and put it on a page and give the page URL to your friend.
Here is the link to the banners
https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/banners
Download the code and put it in your page. How to add a link to a Wealthy Affiliate Banner which is in your post in WordPress
Click on the $ sign in the upper right of your WA page. Then Links & Tracking. Get your friend to join using your link.
