Progress-It is a Matter of Going
I have been progressing a little slower than some, and faster than others. I don't spend more than 2 hours per day. There have been times that I didn't do anything for a week or more. Mainly because my husband had surgery and my focus was on him.
I wrote an post about about 3 keys to making money online. Consistency, keep focused and get trained. I am applying these principles and because of this, I have been making progress. It doesn't matter how fast I go, it matters that I go..go write the article, go find keywords, go to social engagement, go through the training, etc.
My website is coming along, if anything, this is where I have struggled the most. I don't feel it is where I want it. The theme I picked is not easy to navigate. For example, when I got critiqued, someone suggested I make my title bigger. I have not been able to figure out how to make it bigger. And menus, I haven't figured out how to get my menus to show up on my page. Any help in this area would be greatly appreciated.
The website looks clean, and I have written several articles. I have learned how to add affiliate tags, videos, images. Still need to learn how to add my social media buttons. I still need to learn alot of things. That is why I am here, to learn and to grow.
In the next few months, I plan on finishing the training. By then, I hope to learn how to work out some of the bugs and start ranking on Google. I have about half of my articles indexed, which is something I am proud of.
Something else I am proud of, my ranking is down under 20,000. I see it inch down everyday and it motivates me to keep going.
I want to thank all the contributors to the trainings. It has helped me to not get overwhelmed and see progress. The Wealthy Affiliate community is very supportive.

Hey Crystal,
On your dashboard you will select appearances, then menus. You can name your menus and place them where you want. Hope this helps!

When you are writing your post look up to the area where your content goes and you will see h1, h2, h3, and p. Highlight your title and then select h1, h2, or h3. Most people use h3. Good luck and make it happen for yourself and no one else.

Thanks, Jerry for the feedback...I normally do that, but I was just trying to finish and post the article...I should go back and add the headlines...

Awesome work so far! The key to success is to not compare yourself to others, but instead to work at a pace that you are comfortable with. Success is a marathon, not a sprint, and with consistent effort, you will get there.
